4.40 Hamilton Three runners look the ones to concentrate on here - Atlantic Beach, Tangerine Trees and Maison Dieu. Atlantic Beach hails from the Richard Fahey yard, who are flying at present, but in terms of racecourse achievements, I personally don't think this should be favourite. The Kyllachy gelding won a Ripon maiden last May although hasn't yet made his mark in handicaps. He was perfectly entitled to need his two runs this term though, but he has a couple of lengths to find off this sort of mark and so I think Tangerine Trees can confirm his superiority over Maison Dieu to take the prize. Tangerine Trees is slightly more exposed and is another yet to win outside of maiden company, but he was beaten by only 0.81 lengths at Ripon off this sort of mark and again ran respectably in a big field sprint at Carlisle, latest (had Maison Dieu behind and they reoppose on idential terms here). He acts on this ground and is a distance winner.
