Cosmetic Bob
LEVI LEIPHEIMER @ 4/1 Blue Square - Starts tomorrow, the american is as short at 9/4, he has already won the Tour De Californa & two one day races in Europe this year, Lance Armstrong is on his team & has said hes riding to assist Leipheimer for overall glory here, hes the form man going into the race. The overall fav, 06 winner Ivan Basso was a class act before his two year suspension but it remains to be seen if hes the force he once was, even so he'll lose time to Leipheimer in the time trials, especially the team one tomorrow. Crouch Potato
Re: Cycling - Giro d'Italia Stage 17 Winner - Danilo Di Luca @ 4.50 Sportingbet UK A very short stage tonight (83km) but with a long mountain finish and some pretty nasty gradients. This is coming off a rest day and the stage is actually very close to where the earthquakes were. More significantly though, it's Di Luca's hometown, and I know before the start of the Giro he was asking the peloton to wear wristbands in support of the Earthquake victims. I have no doubt this stage means a lot to him and the profile suits his abilities perfectly. Strong destiny feel to this one.
