Re: Boss Down? Had the same problem last night, emailed the support: "Hi, I am having problem logging in. Pokerkings client is starting fine and i can see all tables in the lobby and so on. But when i click "Login" and then "ok", the client freezes. See attached screen dump. I tried several times, including a reboot of my computer. What to do?" and i got this response: "Dear xxxxxxx, Thank you for contacting Poker Kings support. Did you check your firewall, antivirus settings? Sometimes the antivirus running on your computer blocks the programm. In order for our technical department to fully investigate your concerns, I need you to supply me with more information.

  1. Table no when the incident occured
  2. Time of incident
  3. Hand number (if possible)

We will forward your query to the relevant department and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, Poker Kings – Support Team" Do they read the emails at all? :loon
