7.20 Wolverampton Garlogs is dropping back down in grade and has been eased 1 lb in the handicap so may have a chance with Russell Kennemore taking off a further 3 lbs. He was running respectably in recent months following a return from a break but with Hayley Turner on he hasn't had the benefit of an apprentices claim and I think he was turned out too quickly when trailing home last at Southwell lto - his profile suggests he is at his best after a 30 day break or so. He's 5 lb above his last winning mark but recent efforts in stronger company (Turn on the Style, Matsunosuke and The Tatling etc in opposition) suggest he still has a tiny bit of improvement left in him. A CD win proves he handles conditions. The slight worry is that he may be challenged for the lead. Even though Fast Freddie is poorly drawn, Incomparable runs from the stall next door and may challenger upfront. That could play into the hands of Figaro Flyer, who has been knocking on the door off 70 and goes well over course and distance.

Re: Wolverhampton (eve) 29/1/09 Wolverhampton 21:20 -Riguez Dancer Won lto to bring his last four Class 5 runs into 1291. The last run is his only All-Weather run from those four. Trainer P C Haslam won with 3 of his last 5 runners. 2 from 3 AW starters and 1 from 2 by NH starters. Haslam has one other runner for today (Mission Impossible, 19:20) but RD offers better form. 10pts to win
