I have just been browsing the timeform website and came across the Chasers & hurdlers annual and was wondering if the information contained is worth purchasing a 70.00gbp book for. Shaking

Re: Chasers & Hurdlers (Timeform) I think it's one of those books that you collect...........line them up on a bookshelf and take pride in owning........a bit like the Wisden Annual for cricket I have a friend who has every volume going back 30/40 years and has to carry on buying them for the 'set'......... Like all annual books it soon gets out of date for form study & betting as you need to know whats happening this year not what happened last year. I suppose it depends what your main interest is.........if it's in the history of the sport and the sport for it's own sake then I imagine it would be a fantastic book to own, to dip into and read about Kauto Star in 10 years time and so on...........a permanent reference and record.
