Live chat seem to pop-up quite quickly after you log in so worth waiting for as opposed to going straight to the Cashier! I had a bit of a deposit problem with the software so the CS guy upgraded mine to a ECOOP Super Sat ticket (you could try and blag it!) but I think the standard one is the one Gaz said! Well I spent 45 mins of my life that I wont get back again trying to set up a TonyG account. When I finally got my account it took a further 20 mins to deposit, then I log in and I can see the tournament, I enter the password and nothing happens. It's now 7.55 and I try 3 more times before time finally runs out. Support were useless and just kept putting sodding smilies on the end of every 'useful' suggestion. TonyG can stick his site up his arse just like his last one. Good luck everyone in this excellent offer but I'm now very annoyed and I'm off to blow a buyin on a lowstakes omaha game.
