Someone I think it was Crowie ( but not sure ) said he had read a book which had an article on this subject. From what I can remember he completely refuted that their was any empirical evidence to support the 'New Manager Phenomenon'. Can anyone tell me what the book is and where I can get it and also give me a potted version of what his findings were re this subject. Many thanks for this.
