SO FAR THIS SEASON IT AS BEEN SUCCESSFUL BUT I NEED TO TEST IT ON PREVIOUS YEARS RESULTS . CAN ANYONE GIVE ME DETAILS OF WHERE I CAN FIND ENGLAND LEAGUE TABLES AT QUARTERLY INTERVALS FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS ONCE I HAVE TESTED THIS ON PREVIOUS YEARS DATA I WILL RELEASE THE SYSTEM ON TO THE FORUM. It's a neat little freeware program that generates tables at any date thruout the season.Goes back quite a few years with free weekly updates. I used it fairly reguarly to "prove" that things like reversion to the mean really existed in soccer until I accidentally deleted a dll & found it beyond my meagre computing skills to replace it. Type "Dr fox football annual" into google & you should find it...or pehaps the latest top ten chart enteries. No vested interest,so if this is construed as spam,no problem if it's deleted. W. Did however use Dr Foxes data and found extremely useful.
