gazza
I have about $400 in tourny credits there, last couple of nights have tried registering for various tournaments and it takes me to the register pop up window, 2 options then either cash (withdrew it all bar a few cents) or tourny credits. Click for tourny credits and it wont register me :wall:wall Happened a number of times, anyone else play there and having problems ? email support has been pretty crap to be honest :@
GaF
Re: Bodog problems Thanks for the reminder - I have to use my Tourney Credits there :$ I just reg'd without problem (then unreg'd), using my Tourney Credits for the $10k Gtd game at 9:30 PM on 14/
gazza
Re: Bodog problems Tried registering for the same tourny last night, would'nt let me in. Had an email from support telling me to uninstall/reinstall. Done that and still cannot register for any tournaments. Really getting the hump with Bodog now and have sent them a snotty email this morning. Not impressed :@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@
alexa
Re: Bodog problems Second hand info only, but over the last month I've seen 3 separate reports in poker forums by apparently unconnected people saying that cheques from Bodog to withdraw money from their accounts haven't cleared. That would certainly put me off any dealings with them. It might even make me start to wonder if "the end is nigh" to be honest, unlikely though that seems! It certainly seems weird, the internet being what it is, that a company like that doesn't take some trouble to ensure that there aren't any customers about saying online that their cheques don't clear. You should read this. http://www.onlinecasinotopic.com/bodog-online-casino-and-sportsbook-woes-worse-than-originally-revealed-280.html The article is pretty US centric - and I get the impression most of what it's talking about is to do with the ability to move funds around in the US with the US regulations - have also read on 2+2 about cheques bouncing recently from Pokerstars - the explanation was something along the lines of they need lots of accounts to circumvent US regulations and the bouncing cheques were just an oversight in where funds were stored rather than financial problems - this sounds like it could be the same kind of thing :unsure Having said that - there's enough there to give me some urgency in cashing in my tourney credits and withdrawing..... GaF
Re: Bodog problems Just looking for some options - didn't realise they had so few MTTs - next option is a $40 event with $4k gtd at 20:30 - will maybe give this a go :ok Possibly the $1500 Gtd at 21:00 as well.....No idea what numbers these get and if there's an overlay expected or not :unsure Edit can see a completed $15k game - $44+$4 buy in with 261 entrants - so a nice enough overlay :ok Edit 2 - $2k gtd game in progress - 153 entrants x $12+$1 = an overlay Edit 3 - $4k gtd running 108 entrants x $30+$3 = another overlay :ok
