Reasoning	A slipping handicap mark has gradually signalleda return to form, most recently when a good 5th at Ascot last week. Races off a mark 3lb lower than the one he gained his last win from and has a useful apprentice jockey to take off a further 7lb's. The horse/jockey combinationation combined for its last win which is encouraging. A low draw is an advantage over this distance at Chester so stall 4 should be fine.

Re: Chester 3/8 3.25 Chester Green Manalishi - I put this one up for its last run over CD, which was also in a listed race, and he just held on to score by a head from Borderlescott. He's got a good draw again in stall 2 which is important here and there is no reason why he cannot pull out another win here running off 98 again with the ground no problem.
