2.30 Bluebok looks good in this race and could easily be a danger, Won a Class 3 race a couple of years back carrying 9-8 and is weighted the same this time down by 3 classes obvious place claims, Whos Winning is another danger and could place, Is high in the weights but does have good form over Going & Distance, Arfinnit could be a danger but needs to improve at the weights. Advice Bluebok 1 Point E/W Whos Winning 1 Point E/W Arfinnit 1 Point E/W. 3.00 Square Eddie should win this with a lot in hand on his previous 2 outings in Class 1 & 2 (first outing did not settle & in the last met trouble in running). Advice Square Eddie 1 Point Win. 3.35 Ocean Avenue could place on form has Won in Class 5 carrying 9-4 only 5lbs up and going down in class, Irish Ballad has got question marks and is 9lbs up on previous form but still handy at the weights but has William Buick on board which should give the gelding a chance. Advice Ocean Avenue 1 Point E/W Irish Ballad 1 Point Win. 4.05 A couple with good chances here, Resonate who is high enough in the weights but has won carrying 9-9 and is dropping by 7lbs up in class, Flying Applause is weighted to improve, 2nd in a class 5 event on his only Going & Distance race and is now 8lbs down, Del Mar Sunset is also well in at the weights after winning a class 5 handicap and is 8lbs better off. Advice Resonate 1 Point E/W Flying Applause 1 Point E/W Del Mar Sunset 1 Point Win. 4.40 Provence may need to improve on his soul start and is going up in class and has a extra pound to add to his worries but still could be a player, Mille Feuille could place on his previous outings and looks to be a improver at the weights. Advice Provence 1 Point E/W Mille Feuille 1 Point E/W. 5.10 Mganga who is now 5lbs down in the weights with his claimer taking 7lbs off on his best form could win this, MrsJefferson could have place claims but is 9lbs higher when 3rd earlier in the month. Advice Mganga 1 Point Win Mrs Jefferson 1 Point E/W.

Re: Salisbury 22/07/08 PROVENCE 4.40 Salisbury. LAY. Racing Post sp 7-2. One of the more expoed in this race and therefore vulnerable to a more improving type, or debutant with a bit of ability. She hasn't done too badly thus far, but her standard isn't great and so at odds of 7-2 and going up a furlong in trip, I'm thinking a lay is the only call unless seeing a much higher price.

Re: Salisbury 22/07/08 4.40 It looked like Emirates Lady had the race won LTO at Lingfield but Kitten McEvoy came off the rail and sent an invitation to the winner to come and collar her. She showed plenty of toe and I think 7f could suit. Russian Empress may run closer back on turf. 90/10%'s for me at 4.6 and 28.

Re: Salisbury 22/07/08 Small EW on Poyle Dee Dee in next race. Got 90's on betfair. Was 9th FTO over similar CD but has a decent pedigree and may come on for the run. May be better suited to 5F to be honest but at that price am gonna have a small go. Got money to place too.

Re: Salisbury 22/07/08 Nice one Rat. You do get some odd races at Sals, and this was no exception. The front two in the market travelled well but never landed a blow in the end.
