System with what yield?

Hi evryone, I didnt know where to put this but a lot of people visit this section so....:cheers What would you guys class a good yield for a system? Obviously some would say any positive yield is good but what yield would qualify real success and what kind of yield are you guys striving for in your systems? Also what kind of yield woudl you be thoroughly satisified with? Thanx for any comments :ok

Re: System with what yield? "yield is an expression of how much better you are at pricing than the bookies. They are good at their job, so be sceptical about anything over around 10%. It may be true (particularly if the market is highly competitive accross a large range of bookies), but it is more likely that it is just a lucky run. Any long-term profit is good, and anything above 5% is very good. 10% is excellent." as quoted at the top of the thread. Clear as mud to me:lol
