You hear this all the time from buffoons like Thommo but I was surprised to hear Nevison just say it. A horses chance can still be hindered (by veering) even if the jockey has not stopped riding. Think Nevison also said it at Hamilton. "Was the jockey forced to stop riding, in my opinion no, therefore the horse should not be thrown out. WTF. It just acts as an added incentive for jocks to exaggerate any interference by dramatically restraining their horse, which can only be a bad thing.
