For the Spain v Italy game tonight, I gave Spain a just around 40% chance of victory, and the draw about 30%. My problem is this: How do I go about combining these chances into an asian handicap if the handicap is +/-0? I know that its not just going to be a case of combining the Spain win & Draw chances (i.e. 70%), since you get your stake back if its a draw.
