Perth 420: English City EW This one finished fourth last time and re-opposes all of his conquerers here on better terms. He his 21lbs better off with the winner Paradise Bay who has still to be respected. English City was having his first run for 5 months and when he had a similar break a couple of years ago he improved no end on his second run back. At the prices he looks a value EW bet and expect him to reverse placings with Front Rank and Tarkani, whether he can upset the jolly I'm not so sure but the less firmer surface will suit my selection too.
