7.40 Lingfield Going down the list of trainers for this race (Balding, Duke, Dace, Jane Chapple-Hyam, Musson, Prescott, Hall, Cecil, Quinlan and Blanshard) how many would you back with confidence to win a 2yo race? Prescott, Cecil and Quinlan for me. Quinlan's (Skruton) was well backed on his debut but was beaten 11l in an auction maiden. Now surprise that the market is dominated by the Cecil and Prescott debutants. I've known for a while that Cecil likes this filly although I hadn't expected to see her this soon. Ground will play into her hands as she is bred to appreciate and would surely enjoy a stiffer stamina test in the future. Samara Valley is the bet for me. Around 6/5 at the moment on betfair.
