6.50 - Bull Market - won LTO off a 1 lb higher mark at Kempton. Drops back in trip here and back in handicap company but won over a mile when with Jamie Osbourne earlier in career. May have only won a claimer latest, but it had Turner's Touch and the useful Lucayan Dancer behind. 12/1 Bet 365 7.50 - Carry on Cleo - 3rd placed over 10f (btn 1.5 lengths) in similar conditions to this at Windsor two runs ago, then followed up next time with a win at Wolv. The fav has never raced beyond 8f so I'll take a chance with Royston Ffrench's mount. 16/1 Bet 365

Re: Haydock Sat 26/4/08 Good luck with Bull Market. However, I'd be opposing it in the 6.50 with the 3 that interest me being Nevada Desert, Goodbye and Major Magpie. The former has to be backed at an EW price off a winning mark and should be able to lead early. Likes the track too. Goodbye is recommended purely on both the stable and jockeys excellent form and is eased in mark after poor run lto at the end of last season, whilst Major Magpie took this race last year and looks sure to go close again after a pleasing reappearance. 5pts win Major Magpie 3pts EW Nevada Desert 6 x 1pt Exacta combo 6 x 0.5pt Tricast combo
