stewartd14
Re: Plumpton 25/02 Event 4.20 Plumpton Selection Aberdeen Park Strength 5/10 Date 25/02/2008 Bookmaker/Price Stan James @ SP (Back) Reasoning Aberdeen Park won nicely last time when heavily punted and I expect him to follow up again. The trainer is in brilliant form and just keeps sending out winners. This looks a similar race to the race he won last time and the step up in trip should suit. WoodyTHFC
Re: Plumpton 25/02 2.50 Troialini 15 pts Does not look a great race in truth and this looks a fair opportunity for this one who the odd one on the flat if not in average races. Hurdle career so far mixed but seemingly improving, fourth lto and fell having ran ok after that. With a claimer on board today a decent opportunity. 3.50 Harry Tricker 15 pts Raced three times of late and hinted at some ability, after sixth in a reasonably hot race on debut for which the second boosted the form on Sat getting so close to Binocular, then second and third in better events than this class and won on quicker on the flat so no problem there, trainer warrents respect everywhere but especially round Plumpton/Fontwell. 5.20 Spud 15 pts Seemingly more progressive than some of todays rivals and after two bumper placings in average races, won on both hurdle starts, ground looks fine as it seems adaptable. Trainer in good form with lots of winners of late and also interesting combo of Findlay and Hobbs.
Carl
Re: Plumpton 25/02 2.50 Pentasilea Ran well on hurdle debut after a lay off running on the flat and can go one better here today . She receives weight from most of the field this afternoon and along with her capable jockey's 7lb claim, she must have a good chance off her feather weight. 9/2 4.50 Georges Boy Pulled up on Saturday when sent off Jf at 13/2 over 3m2f at Chepstow. Must have some abilty to go off Jf with some decent runners in that race and the fact that connections are putting it back so quick, they must think it will run a big race. 4/
gripper
Re: Plumpton 25/02 Plumpton 17:20 - Najca De Thaix - 11/1 Stanjames e/w this looks a good e/w chance and should be close home. after a course win over 20f and winnig it by 8 lenghts, and also a distance win when winning that by 5 lenghts. so todays race should see P J Brennan have a goos ride on board.
