ATR Best Bet of the Day - Rules & Tables

Hi guys, welcome to the new ATR Competition, the "Best Bet of the Day"! You can noe place a Win, Each Way or Lay bet! Below are the rules, make sure you give them a scan!:ok

Punters Lounge “Best Bet of the Day†Rules

1. Reasoning is STRICTLY required for all bets
2. STRICTLY no editing of posts containing tips, if you need to correct something do it in another post
3. 1 Bet per day, Max
4. All bets posted must be at least 15 mins before the race starts and include the Time, Course and Selection name
5. Starting Price will be used for all calculations
6. All bets are to a total stake of 1pt
7. You may choose a 1pt Win bet, a 0.5pt Each Way bet or a 1pt Lay bet. If you do not state a bet type, it will be entered as a 1pt Win bet. The following rules apply for Lay and Each Way bets:

Each Way Bets The following terms will be applied to all each way bets: Non-Handicaps 5-7 runners = 1/4 odds 1-2 8+ runners = 1/5 odds 1-2-3 Handicaps 5-7 runners = 1/4 odds 1-2 8-11 runners = 1/5 odds 1-2-3 12-15 runners = 1/4 odds 1-2-3 16+ runners = 1/4 odds 1-2-3-4Lay Bets All lay bets are lay to win only. All lay bets must have a forecast SP of 4/1 (5.00) or less.

[*]All races and race types listed in the Racing Post Cards and Results with an SP are acceptable [*]In all cases, the Forum moderators agreed decision is final [*]"Best Bet of the Day†Award Rules, each month an award will be given for the top tipster. You must post at least 10 bets in compliance with the above rules within a calender month. If you have qualified an aster ix ( * ) will appear next to your name in the “Best Bet of the day†table [*]The “Best Bet of the Day†Table will be sorted according to monthly profit/loss, if you do not place a bet in 20 consecutive days you will be removed from the table (to save space, your bet history is still valid and safe)
