4.15 Early call here for MR WOLF whose record round here is 7 runs 5 wins & 1 2nd!! Also, 5 career wins from 9 starts in July. Wouldnt want the ground too soft so hopefully it will stay at least G/soft. Trainer barker is very shrewd & will have been waiting for an opportunity here. Braddock is likely to go off short as its unbeaten so around 6/1 for my selection.

Re: Pontefract 10/07 Thorax 3.15 Looked like it had the win in the bag last time out only to run out of stamina over 1m4f and got caught by the well fancied Stoute horse Flavius on same track. Ran a great race for its debut, definitely come on for that run, drops back to 1m2f which should suit and likely to go close today. Also agree with Mr Wolf, course and distance specialist and will be looking to lead from the front and kick on in the final furlong.
