Re: Thirsk ~ 03/07/07 7.15 - SCOTLAND THE BRAVE - As has been the case over the past few weeks , it's those proven on SOFT/HEAVY going that have to be top of the selections list. With only 4 having won on this type of ground i would like to highlight SCOTLAND THE BRAVE who , from 4 wins , has been victorious on G/S , SFT AND HEAVY. Those 4 wins have all been over the distance [7f] and 2 of them were in Class 5 events. It was disappointing lto when Fav in the mud at WARWICK , finishing unp with DETTORI on board . However because of that run [Class 4 event] it has dropped to a BHB mark of 67 [ won at 66 ]. Worrying that the trainer has not been in better form but as i have said it's the ground which i beleive is the key to this so an EW bet looks interesting :hope
