glceud
Slightly different promotion from Sporting Index Poker With the Premiership title race settled over the weekend, one of the most eagerly anticipated matches of the season has become somewhat of a dead rubber. Chelsea and Man Utd clash at Stamford Bridge tonight with only pride at stake, so we thought we’d inject a bit of interest into the game ourselves with this promotion: Play 20 or more raked hands before kick off at 8pm tonight and if there is a goal in the first half, we’ll double your day’s net profits up to $50! That’s right, so long as you’ve played 20 raked hands before the game kicks off, we’ll double your profits over the entire day, right up to midnight. So if you’re going to play poker today, why not play with us? So let me get this right, assume theres a goal in the first half time. Bob and John both have played 20 raked hands. they sit at a table at 10pm with $50 each no-one else joins, Both go all in pre flop. Bob wins. bob wins $50 + doubled $50. John loses $50 total winnings $100 total Loses $50. profit $50 minus a small rake. I see a minor flaw, Obviously no-one would do this ;) is this wrong? rosco
Re: Sporting Index Promotion Surely John would reload and 'try' again to get his own $50 profit. John Would re-load and go all in against Fred. John would lose $50 again, but Fred would win $100.
