I dont play 5 card draw - so this is a complete amateurs viewpoints ..... assuming it's just one draw :unsure and given that it's short handed, then the QQ seems quite a good hand ..... although the 9TJ sooted looks good, you need two clubs, or two running cards to hit a draw.... I'd keep the QQ and jetison the other 3....
