Not sure if this is still going, if not just ignore me! 230 Ascot: Mon Michel Terrific tight handicap to get stuck into here, many with chances and a nightmare to work out, did come across a horse who i think is well treated on some form and thats Mon Michel, should be rated higher than Addicted for a start and his second at Newbury was a very decent effort and got closer to the winner than Artadi the fav did when ran against him. The other fancied horse and stablemate of my selection Altilhar had a very hard race at the festival and has gone up 6lbs for his efforts and this is very different ground. Trainers son opted to ride Altilhar but we have Choc on board so i reckon we came out best there too!

Re: Saturday ~ EW Fancies 3.55 Newcastle - Tanzanite e/w 3rd in the trial on the 10th for this race at wolvs and should go close again today if running upto that form. hard to have a strong fancy in this race with so many racing for the first time this season. looking at some of the trends for this race and tranzanites form has a good shout.
