330 Ascot ~ King Louis Followed this horse this season and been waiting for his reappearance after a poor run last time out in which he pulled too hard and didnt stay. Two decent runs behind Willaim Bonney and Sir Jimmy Shand over slightly shorter puts him in with a great chance here and decent ground aswell helps the cause, another plus is L.Aspell rides who has ridden him before and is a good judge. 20/1 or more is terrific value.

Re: Ascot ~ Friday 2.20 Ascot: BLUE TEAL This race centres around the Hot favourite Mendo, it should take all the beating but there seems to be value elsewhere. Blue teal is well regarded by conncetions and although he didn't run his race LTO when going off as 2nd favourite the run before that showed early promise. Coming from the back to chase the winner 'Appleaday' over this trip at Ludlow.

4.40 Ascot: THE DARK LORD Unlucky LTO when falling but very capable on his day to win a race like this. Not badly handicapped over fences judged by his hurdling form.

5.15 Ascot: MINELLA TIPPERARY Phillip Hobbs has a good record at this course and our selection has gained 1 win from 1 run here and twice getting placed over a similar trip on his last 2 runs in tougher company.
