Re: Chepstow 10/03 First race here, and an EW bet to nothing for me to turn over the hotpot:- FOR ALL MANKIND 2.25 Chepstow RPF 5/1 We have a hotpot here in the Tom O'Brien ridden Mark The Book. Has done nothing wrong so far but only has a maiden hurdle win in the book and will certainly need to improve to win this. The selection is For All Mankind, ridden by Paul Moloney for the up & coming Carl Llewellyn stable. Won first time up this season when beating Otto Des Pictons by 2.5L, the front 2 coming 25L clear of the rest of the field. That run was followed up by a distant 5th in a Grade 2 novice hurdle, when giving away weight all round, including 5lb to top class horse (and winner that day) Labelthou. Lto, ran a cracker when 3rd beaten only 2L in a slightly better race than todays. Had to give the first 2 huge amounts of weight that day, but pulled 15L clear of a another Hobbs fav that day, Leading Contender, off level weights. Level weights with Mark The Book today, and with this marathon trip and heavy ground in its favour, a very bold bid is expected.
