Reasoning	It might seem hard to fancy a horse pulled up on it's last 3 runs but 1 of them it was lame, 2 of them were on heavy ground and over further than today and it was on a higher handicap mark. The race before those 3 unplaced efforts saw it winning over 2 miles in a class 3 race off a rating of 111. Today it goes off 113 with a 3lb claimer on board. Has 3 wins and a 3rd on soft ground. Todays race also only class 4 and is way too big at 33-1, worth a small ew on terms that give it a winning chance.

Reasoning	4th on it's hurdles debut but can come on from that run for a trainer in form that likes to have plenty of winners at the local tracks such as here and Wetherby. Won it's bumper well over a similar trip by 10 lengths and has the highest speed rating of 95, far superior to the speed rating of the short price fav Ring The Boss (79) and if it is a decent ew price will be well worth an ew bet. Also 3rd highest RP rating, only 2 pts less than the fav.

Reasoning	Newcomer from a respected stable that has a great record in this type of race and if odds available are as expected SP of 13-2 it has to be backed ew and must have a chance. 7lb claimer on board (Miss Richards - not sure how they're related)and 22% strike rate makes this ew bet for me.

Re: Catterick 27/02/07 3.10 Catterick : Nifty Roy (25/1) Very tricky looking contest but I fancy one of the outsiders to put up a bold show now things are right. Nifty Roy was quite progressive last year but has gone off the boil since being tried over longer distances, back to 2 mile today and a large field which helps the pace to be strong, an easy track, likes soft ground, all things are right for this horse to bounce back, the price is also right to have a small EW bet.
