swampster Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 We had an idea over on the London Poker Meetup site about holding a big protest game of poker outside the Houses of Parliament about the whole Gutshot /state of poker laws affair. Now I reckon this could be really doable - very easy to set up - everyone brings a fold-up chair, the organizers can sort out the tables and chips etc - we could even use Big Ben as a blind clock !! With the attention in the papers/news we could definitely get some of the media interested. I reckon this could be an achievable joint effort (LPM /Punters Lounge /Gutshot), perhaps get some pro players interested and the poker press. Thoughts ?
