Travels to Ludlow for the better ground and fancied to go in. Horse:HAWRIDGE KING Course: Ludlow Time: 1.50 Finally off the mark at Taunton latest (2m4f) after numerous placed efforts (Flat/jumps); never worse than a close third from three hurdle starts on right-handed tracks and no surprise to see him double up despite conceding weight all round. Horse:MATT THE THRASHER Course :Ludlow Time: 2.50 Yet another triumph for his trainer as it took just two starts in Britain for this ex-Irish maiden to get off the mark, taking advantage of his rivals´ errors to land a weak event over 2m7f at Taunton last month and folllowed up in even weaker 2m2f race there two weeks later; up 9lb for this, facing stiffer opposition, but those wins were registered comfortably.
