sensibleboy
MONETS GARDEN ... 5/1 Ladbrokes for King George. Word of warning people. This horse is serious machinery. 2nd in Arkle last season over a trip far too short for him. 3miles on a flat track like Kempton will be ideal. His first run of the season is on Sunday at Carlisle. Hen Knight has (unsurprinsingly) pulled Racing Demon out of the race as she probably knows she has no chance against Monets Garden. Instead of backing him at silly odds on Sunday, GET ON now for the King George. :ok One of my most confident selections in I dont know how many years of punting. If he makes it to the starting line on Boxing Day, nothing will beat him.

Great reappearance last week, looked like a true King George contender.

alexmac
Re: GET ON! - King George (Boxing Day) Reading your original post sensibleboy, the way you have worded it sounds like Hen Knight has pulled Demon out of the King George... I presume you mean the Carlisle race???

I feel this horse will be a strong contender for the KG but maybe alot will depend which of Irish raiders make it to Kempton on Boxing Day. Ive allready taken a few small anti post on Watson Lake, Forget the Past and In compliance at big prices. Plus I really think this Cyrlight could be somthing special when he finally makes it across the Channel.

bowles10
Re: GET ON! - King George (Boxing Day) Good luck, the horse looks better on flat tracks so kempton will suit. My 14/1 kauto star is sitting there now waiting to be laid at odds of 4/

sensibleboy
Re: GET ON! - King George (Boxing Day) Monets was impressive enough today. Hated the ground and horse it beat is a multiple G1 winner in France. Happy enough with that and into 3/1 with Stan James now. :)
