TAIN POKER NETWORK TO JOIN TRIBECA TABLES (2006-10-11) London, October 10th – Tribeca Tables Europe, Limited, the world’s largest aggregator of ePoker brands, and the Tain Poker Network, a leading gaming solutions provider, announced today that the Tain Poker Network, is joining the Tribeca Poker Network. This merger will allow all existing Tain Network partners to migrate their players to the Tribeca Tables platform. Re: Tain and Tribeca merging Very interesting but stupid (who used to say that - only the oldies amongst you will know?). A little history on this. 1. Expekt and Parbet, which I think is owned by Expekt, used to be on the Prima network. 2. Tain is a software house owned 100%, I believe, by Expekt. 3. Expekt got Tain to develop a poker client. 4. Expekt and Parbet left Prima and migrated to Tain around a year ago. 5. Tain proved to be a really terrible poker client. So I looks like they have finally given up the ghost and decided to move to a more reliable piece of software. It would have been really funny if they had chosen Prima but I suspect that would have been politically unacceptable. :rollin:rollin:rollin:rollin
