Cloud
"Yesterday, we invited you to join our panel insight4credit. Unfortunately we experienced some technical difficulties which meant that the survey was not working correctly. This has now been rectified and we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to take the survey again. Do you play poker, use a casino or place sports bets online? If so, we, FreshMinds, an independent research company based in the UK, are interested in finding out what you think of online gambling sites. We’d like you to sign up to our brand new panel, insight4credit, where you can earn credit to gamble online in return for your opinions. We want to know what you really think, so please be honest. Please note that this is a genuine research study. We have your contact details because they have been provided to us by one of the sites you are a customer of. If you are in any doubt as to the validity of this offer, please contact us by email. Insight4credit is not a company, but simply a website we have created to host the panel. For signing up to the panel you get $18 and for each survey you complete you will earn an additional $18. The money will be credited to an online gambling account that you’re currently signed up with. We’ll be able to reveal who this is after you’ve signed up. You may be asked to complete our first survey straight after joining the panel, or you may be contacted in the future. In any case you will not be contacted more than 4 times in the first year. Please click on the button below to go to the panel sign-up page, where we will ask a few basic questions about you and the sites you use. If appropriate, you will then be taken to the first survey. The whole process should take no longer than 15 minutes, depending on your answers. You can always opt-out at anytime." Anyone seen this? Got sent it tonight - it looks a bit weird to me. Should I just do it??

PokerBarney
Re: Survey??? Insight4Credit is associated with www.homeofresearch.com, which looks to be fairly legitimate company from London. I haven't signed up, but they promise money for surveys. I think I4C are using their services to collect survey info. The domain name "insight4credit.com" was registered on the 8th Sept this year, by Tim Milverton of TMNPLC.com - a large marketing company also from London (listed on the London Stock Exchange as "TMN"). You could try getting in touch with him and asking him about the mail - reach him at [email protected], or even ring them on 020 7440 9310. * Takes off detective cap... * :)
