Either Hong-Chih Kuo or Greg Maddux will start for LA, and either should see the Dodgers to a win here. Philadelphia Phillies vs Atlanta Braves UNDER 9.5 RUNS @ 1.83 (Sportingodds) The Phillies Jamie Moyer has pitches well in his 2 September starts so far, with an ERA of less than 3. He's also been getting to the latter stages of games recently. Chuck James starts for the Braves, who hasn't lost a game since August 4th.
