Just looks very unlucky to me :sad Maybe your post flop bets could have been a little bigger (haven't worked out exactly what proportion of the pot they were, so may be wrong, but they're looking small) - however, you have big hands and are wanting to encourage action - fair enough..... so long as you are charging him too much for his draw........

Re: Is it just me or..? just unlucky - esp the 2nd one - you bet 3/4 pot on the flop and about 1/2 pot on the turn - I would have been more inclined to bet pot on the turn, just to remove the draws entirely and the pot is worth winning at this point so a shove would have been great as well - however I can't fault you to trying to get a little bit more out of the villian Hand 1- just UL really, though I would have been tempted to raise more on the turn (like AI for your last 22p!) s h i t happens as they say Damo :cheers

Re: Is it just me or..? Not much wrong there really. First one just a shitty river, may as well just push all in on the turn straight off the bat but it would have turned out the same. Second one played perfect preflop and on flop (well id bet pot on flop no doubt but 4/5 pot isnt anything much to worry yourself about). Bit of a weak turn bet is all. I wouldnt be so sure what he has calling on that flop really but no need to presume your not ahead. Check for draws and bet accordingly, no flush draw but 75 and 98 for straight draws, 75 completed but itd be very unlucky for him to have that. 98 is a possibility though so bet £5 or so here. That is something to improve on but at least it wasnt a total pussy bet, just a bit weak. Your still betting and nice favourite, looks like your playing well and getting unlucky to me.
