Could someone tell me the percentage one needs to offer above sp to lay horses in the 1/2 - 5/1 range, is it still 20% as advertised.

Re: laying Managed to dig the below price ranges from a very old file, they are approximate, but it still seems to work along these lines. Of course, there are wild deviations in cases of unfancied shorter shots that are much longer on Betfair, including the place site, and on the other hand fancied outsiders (but they usually shorten at bookies @ a similar rate. 7% better on anything under levels 10% Evens to 3-1 13% 10-3 to 5-1 17% 11-2 to 8-1 20% 17-2 to 10-1 33% 11-1 to 16-1 40% 18-1 to 25-1 66% to 200% over that.
