As a member who was playing in the tournament at the time the technical difficulties were experienced you will be refunded in the next 24 hours in line with our Tournament Crash Policy. This is: 50% of the prize pool will be distributed between the players, taking into account their chip stack at the point of disconnection. The remaining 50% of the prize pool will be split equally amongst all active players at the time of disconnection, regardless of chip stack.
