Like casino operators are born casino operators with an evil 'C' birthmark and have been waiting in the shadows like wolves ready to pounce when the time is right. You're not a casino operator until you operate a casino! And it's surely out of the question that these casinos would be run by random businessmen/women who would be equally as likely to invest in a church restoration if the balance sheet looked good.
