He still looks attractively handicapped off a mark of 74, which is only 4lbs higher than his last win. Since then, he's been running well enough either over a shorter than ideal trip, or getting blocked when making a challenge. Pretty impresive. if you also consider that he won 4 times in Jan and Feb last year, it is probably not surprising to see him coming into form, having won LTO. He is a worthy favourite at a backable price. 250 Haydock - Patriarch Express 3.75 @ Sporting Odds Looks certain to come on for his seasonal reappearance, last time out when a very good 4th to Fire Dragon at Sandown. He was a high calss prospect before his injury last year and signs are that he has retained his ability. With a 8 runner field, he should make the frame.
