Ive already highlighted Silver Birch in another thread but theres one more im interested in today in the 125 Lingfield - OUR VIC @ 5/2 (widely available) We are relying on him getting round and his recent record on that count perhaps doesnt inspire too much confidence, however since returning from injury, he won the Paddy Power Cup in decent fashion, beating 2 of todays rivals (My Will and Fondmort). Last time out the stable was badly out of form and the run can be ignored i think. Our Vic is high class, will like the ground, gets the trip and I cant see any reason why Fondmort and My Will will reverse the form from the paddy Power. Fondmort is 5lb's better off but he was well beaten.

Re: AK's Selections Saturday 18th February 140 Haydock - L'Aventure @ 9/1 - each way Ladbrokes The 2 market leader are top weights, and over a long trip on heavy going, these are horses i try to oppose. I was kicking myself for not backing L'Aventure in the Welsh National as he had ticks in all the right boxes and appears to do so again today. This is an ultra consistent horse, who stays forever and has consistently performed well in top class staying handicaps over the last couple of years. Has a great chance of making the frame again today at an each way price.
