There appears to be lots of information around this week for ESCREA - every journo i read has tipped up the horse for this race. It has been backed into 5/1 jolly for the race (6.6 on Betfair). The RFO: 7yo didnt win until 9th start, since then won 3 competitive handicap hurdles - all 3 on this course. Won 2 in quick succession lst Feb/Mar both in decent sized fields & both on a soft or heavy surface which she is likely to encounter in this race. This season finished an 8L 4th to Feathard Lady at Fairyhouse on her reappearance & then won at leops over xmas. Robbie Moran rode that day & will again take 5lb off its back (has a 9lb penalty for that win). The way she won suggests she is not done with yet. I will certainly be on it.
