Hi Andy The new league table has just been updated today 27/2/06 and as we have been waiting for 3 weeks for an update, our poker forum has started keeping note of scores and there are a number of discrepancies. I for one am missing 103 points, which may not seem a lot, but after playing over 130 games, it could make all the difference at the end of the tournament. You should receive a few emails over the next few days from members of our poker forum, www.punterslounge.com Usually we ping a manager, and then are forced to email support regarding the issue of MKOP. However after numerous emails, and never any replies by VC its getting annoying. Please can you look into this for the forum players, and myself , to give us peace of mind that the league table you publish on the maxim website is correct. Maybe they've gone through the whole tournament history, and corrected all the score errors since the start. runadrum Posted February 27, 2006 Share Posted February 27, 2006 Re: VC/Maxim King of Poker 2006 Do you know how many points i have lost runadrum ? looks like 277 to me chess, with repo being 197 better off. it may just be they have done another recalc right back to the start which is impossible to query. last time they did that you came out 57 better off, not much but I lost 147 and am 104 worse off this time. when they did the recalc last time it was because I could tell them exactly what errors they had made, this time I haven't a clue. Probably 14th is pushing it WRT the number of points lost and gained affecting a position, but 15 is a round number, and they owe Soul for the cock up they made with their failure to register him for a monday final as he says above. I'll post an email we can all sign up to later, and if we are in agreement I can then send it with all our names. Might carry a bit more weight. He has sent me my scores for all the games I have played although I can only compare them from 29/12/05 onwards - and first I have to play catch up for the last few days when I gave up logging them. I have accessed my emails from work but all the Maxim spreadsheets are at home so I can do no more until after 6pm tonight. We can rest assured this is being taken seriously and if you can just bear with me we can progress it further. I still have the info. Let me do my cross-referencing with VC first to see if that establishes a common thread to the difference in everyone's scores. I am confident the correct top 10 will qualify in 3 weeks time. I am equally confident that it is unlikely to include me, but my whole purpose when I started to report the old errors was to report them all even if I was worse off. Agree the correct 10 should be there, but after all the hoo ha, the 11th + may still be certain the tables are wrong, even if they are right, hence my suggestion. Me & fenners all-in together - AK vs QJ vs another player with 10 10. I caught the Trips with my jack for a brief second thought I had it... then river came with a 10 to give the other guy a FH. Aargh.. just to make it worse Fenners got the 27th awarded with more chips! (thou' well done anyways on that) Plus I almost folded before hand too. Believe it or not but their leaderboard, updated as of this afternoons game, is pretty damn accurate against my leaderboard! The bad news is I've dropped several places and am being chased by those on the bubble. Makes this afternoons result even worse for me!
