Eachway Double Hattricks

This is just a little idea I was toying around with at work earlier while bored. Its more of a glory attempt than a solid investment plan so please dont take too seriously. The idea is to take money off the bookies with one of their most hated bets - eachway doubles. The reason these are hated so much is you can back to short priced horses in a bet for nothing as long as they come placed. This is the plan. Starting bank will be 100pts. First stage will be a 5pt e/w double on two horses priced around 2/1. 2 placed horses returns 9.80pts, returning the majority of our stake and giving us a second shot. 2 winners returns 54.80pts and we progress to Stage 2. Stage 2 = 27.40 e/w double, returning either our stake for two places or 300pts for two winners. Stage 3 = 150pt e/w double, returning either our stake for two places or 1644pts for two winners, at which point we run with the profit. The key to this is picking horses that Im highly confident will at least place so at the worst we get our stake returned and get another shot at that stage. Horses must be around 2/1 to ensure we get our stake returned for placed horses. Im off to have a look to see if I can find anything for tomorrow so we can see how fast 100pts can disappear.
