Still a bit of midweek action to be done tonight, not least of which is Chelsea v Spurs, but might as well get the weekend thread up and running for tomorrow onwards.

It's back to back games in the Premier League with the Manchester derby probably the tie of the round for the neutrals. We have a full programme in all of the UK domestic leagues and the same in Europe. For those with a more global outlook Japan, USA, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and Japan are among the delights on offer.

So fair to say it's a busy one with plenty to go at. Let's see what we can come up with between us, All thought and selections welcome as ever.
