It's been a while since the last update due to the international break. I thought I'd wait until the next round of matches before posting because it's a cheeky midweek set of fixtures so it'll remind everyone to do their transfers. @Trimble89's Yamal Sells Avon remains out in front. Their lead is now 39 points after the catastrophic round for the previous 2nd-placed Lakshuman Sharma's Fantasy Team who could only muster 7 points. :eek

Manager of the Week was shared this week with both @Charlie jones's Live Latte Lath Love and Tare Funkeye's Ijawbio hitting the highest score of 82 points in what was generally seen as a tough round for everyone. It's probably no surprise to see that one team played their free hit and the other team played their wildcard. Much-needed due to the amount of players that didn't have games with the Carabao Cup Final being played that round. Well played! You can tell it's not their first barbecue! :nana

At the other end of the scale, we also had the worst score of the week shared between two teams. In an amazing twist of fate, one of those teams isn't Andy Elliot's Andellio! For those of you interested, they actually scored a modest 37 points... which equates to roughly 5% of their season total in a single round.

Anyway, the two teams who need to be put in the village stocks and pummeled with fruit and veg are @Nosey-P's Nosey-P and Paul Somers' Smurf Chimney. Not even going to ask where Paul can that name from! Both teams could only muster 6 points in a hard week of scoring for them. No doubt they can hit back firing this week with a full compliment of players available. :spank
