NFL Week 6 Bets

Onto week 6. Philadelphia v Cleveland the strongest favourites according to the spreads (8-10 points) with the 0-2 chalked up for Tennessee over Indianapolis making it the closest to a coin toss. I'll be ploughing my usual TD scorer furrow. Let us know here what you like the look of.

Week Six NFL Predictions

YTD P25 W9 D2 L14 Staked 150 pts, returned 7.23 pts = loss of 142.77 pts.

(1)   Bronco’s to win ATS +3.0 points @ 20/23

The Bronco’s are starting to roll having won three games on the bounce against some physical teams (Buccs 26-7, Jets 10-9 and Raiders 34-18). Two of those matches were away from home. Two trends supporting this pick are: Chargers are 1-10 SU in their last 11 games played at Denver. Broncos are 5-2 ATS in their past 7 home games as underdogs. The Denver defence should make things difficult for the Chargers O line.

 (2)   Bengals to win ATS -3.5 points @ Evens

The Bengals season could be over here if they are defeated by the Giants.  Two trends I like are: Bengals are 10-1 SU in their last 11 non-conference games and Bengals are 18-6 ATS in their last 24 Sunday road games. The Bengals despite their 1-4 record are beginning to hit form.

 (3)   Texans to win ATS -7.0 points at 10/11

 Houston’s defence took care of Josh Allen and the Bills, they should have little difficulty against the Patriots attack. The Texans attack includes Stroud, Mixon, Akers and Collins which should be enough to win this by a wide margin.

 (4)   Lions to win ATS -3.0 points @ 10/11

 The Lions are another talented side with Goff, Montgomery, Gibbs, St Brown and Williams. They should be able to take advantage of the Cowboys who struggle to stop the run.

 (5)   49Ers to win ATS -3.5 points @ 20/23 THURSDAY NIGHT

 The 49Ers need to put games away. Their record is 2-3 and they have a difficult schedule coming up. It is a must win game for the 49Ers.
