Alex Poatan Pereira has already established himself as one of the most notable fighters in the UFC after only several years in the company. He has captured two belts, and is now the current holder of the light heavyweight belt. Jose Aldo is another legend fighting in Utah. He is one of the most revered MMA fighters in history, and is also a former champion. He is an underdog in this fight, and has won as an underdog in several of his last fights. His opponent has decent quality, and I would say the fight could easily be won by either. In my opinion Aldo should be the favorite to win the fight based on his pedigree, and Bautista has at times not shown be the toughest fighter in my opinion, and probably lost his last fight vs a quality opponent to Damon Blackshear.
