So we’ve compiled a list of FAQs for members to help them integrate into life within our betting community. Check them out. 1. How do I create a new thread or post a question in the forum? To start a new discussion, poll, or ask a question, navigate to the relevant forum category and click the "Start New Topic" button. You can choose whether to create new content or a new poll. Select the tab you want and then fill in the relevant information. Click “Submit Topic” to post. 2. How can I customise my profile and add a profile picture? To personalise your profile, click on your username at the top of the page and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu. Here, you can update your profile details, add a profile picture, and customise other settings. 3. How do I follow a specific thread or receive notifications for new posts? To follow a thread, click the "Follow" button at the top of the thread page. You can customise your notification preferences in your account settings to receive updates via email or within the forum. 4. Where can I find betting tips and strategies? Expert betting tips and strategies are shared in dedicated sections of the forum, such as the "Racing Forum" and "Football Betting" subforums. These sections are regularly updated with insights from experienced members. You can also view our expert horse racing tips on the Punters Lounge main site. Other Sports are also covered here 5. How do I participate in competitions and challenges? Competitions and challenges are posted in the relevant sports subforum for each competition. For example, you can find the NAP of the Day Competition in the Racing subforum. Whereas the Last Man Standing Competition can be found in the Football Betting subforum. To join, simply follow the instructions provided in each competition thread. Be sure to check the rules and deadlines. 6. Can I message other members privately? Yes, you can send private messages to other members by clicking on their username and selecting "Message” on their profile page. Please remember to follow the forum guidelines when communicating privately. 7. What should I do if I encounter inappropriate content or behaviour? If you come across any content or behaviour that violates the forum’s guidelines, you can report it by clicking the "Report" button on the offending post. Our moderators will review the report and take appropriate action. 8. How can I stay updated with the latest forum discussions and announcements? You can stay updated by regularly checking the "Announcements” section of the forum and by following threads or forum categories that interest you. Additionally, subscribe to our newsletter and follow us across our social media channels including Twitter (X), Facebook, YouTube, and Telegram. 9. Are there any guidelines or rules I should be aware of when posting on the forum? Yes, all members are expected to adhere to the forum's general rules, which can be found in the "Forum Guidelines" section. These general rules help maintain a respectful and friendly environment for all members. 10. Who can I contact if I need help or have questions about using the forum?
