Just won my first tourney A grand total of $4.20 Can anyone tell me how good these cheap SNG tourneys are for learning the ropes? I get the idea they're not too great as all the other players just seem to throw their chips around like confetti. Got my first read on someone aswell, the fella I was heads up with ALWAYS checked before the turn if he didn't have anything. In the end it was candy from a baby.

Re: That's me hooked Sit n gos are a very good way of learning mate. Id go up to the $5 ones tho. Its hardly a fortune and the play is slightly more real than the really really cheap ones. Theres plenty of bad players there as well so dont worry about that
