Congratulations to Umar Abubakar Zubairu's sadio AC for taking the Manager of the Week nod this round. An 81-point haul was enough and a more impressive total than we have seen on several occasions recently. The decision to make Son Hueng-min his vice-captain with Erling Haaland not playing saw the Tottenham attacker bring home 34 points by himself. Double-figure totals from Jordan Pickford and Mohamed Salah also helped! On the other end of the scale, it was a desperately disappointing week for two clubs. Both Michael Timmins' It's a Timmins Thing and Chris Robinson Smith's Hackney Harriers could only manage 15 points. It's particularly poor from the latter of those two having picked up the best score of the round in Week 11. Spanky spank time in the village stocks for you managers! StevieDay1983 Posted December 18, 2023 Author Share Posted December 18, 2023 Due to the Tom Lockyer collapse in the Bournemouth vs Luton game, I am just waiting to see what FPL states about this week's action after that game was abandoned. Their current stance is that the game week remains open and a further statement will be made soon. I would presume that the points for players involved in that game will reset and the re-arranged game will then be added to whatever game week it falls under. The current game status says the tables are still being updated but fingers crossed we can update on the latest points and tables tomorrow morning.
