Carl Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 Corrib Eclipse Dual winner (firm) last year, including in this race, and showed he retains plenty of ability in decent quality AW event when last seen in July (weighted to get closer to Swift Sailor); claims if it stays dry.Course and distance winner CORRIB ECLIPSE (won this race last year when made the 6/4 favourite) comes here with a chance, especially as the next horse in the weights (DISTANT PROSPECT) has to prove that he has not fallen out of love with the game Corrib Eclipse won this marathon event last year, and this thorough stayer will not go down without a fight. Swift Sailor was well beaten in the Ebor last time, but he can do better after a short break. currently at 9/2 Ill have a bit of that. 5pts win.
